Place HTML Special Characters To Your Comments And Blog Posts

Sometime, you may wounder how to input the “special character” or symbols into your comment, blog post or web page. This “special character” are HTML Entities (HTML) and ISO Latin-1 (Decimal), both can be used to insert symbols into the page.

For Example: You may want to produce something fancy in your comment like this: L♥ve Is Over (type “L&hearts;ve Is Over”). Perhaps, just to produce Québec City, we type “Québec City” by using our normal keyboard.
